1. Services
CableTel Pro provides security camera installation and related services. The specific details of your service will be outlined in your estimate or invoice. Additional services outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
2. Appointments
- An adult (18 years or older) must be present for the duration of the installation.
- Customers must ensure pets are secured and work areas are accessible.
- Missed or rescheduled appointments without 24-hour notice may result in a rescheduling fee.
3. Payments & Deposits
- Payment terms will be specified in your estimate or invoice.
- If the customer provides their own equipment, a 10% deposit is required at scheduling.
- If equipment is purchased through CableTel Pro, no deposit is required.
- Full payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Warranties
- Labor is covered by a 30-day warranty if customer provides their own equipment.
- Labor is covered by a 90-day warranty if equipment is purchased through CableTel Pro.
- Equipment warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide clear and safe access to installation areas.
- Ensure adequate Wi-Fi, internet, or network connection for smart devices.
- Confirm any HOA or landlord approvals required for exterior installations.
6. Liability
CableTel Pro is not responsible for:
- Any pre-existing damage to property or equipment.
- Losses due to customer misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations of installed systems.
- Internet or third-party service interruptions that affect system performance.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting any deposits.
- Refunds are subject to review and will not include completed labor or installed equipment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CableTel Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is the property of CableTel Pro and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Gwinnett County, GA.
11. Updates
CableTel Pro reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
